Does taking Isotretinoin 10 mg after lunch affect the contraceptive efficacy of Yasmin taken at 21:00?

Hello if I take isotretinoin 10 mg immediately after lunch, and I take Yasmin at 9 pm is it okay? In the sense isotretinoin does not affect the effectiveness of the pill , right? and then x the time is fine ?
