How to replace Fluoxetine with Duloxetine?

Good morning. I live in England.I am taking fluoxytine 20mg but I want to go back to duloxytin from my previous treatment I still have at home but I don't remember the dose of the drug I was taking because I have 20mg and 60mg from a psychiatrist here. However, my doctor is on leave and my well-being has deteriorated. So I want to try going back to Duloxytin. What dosage ?

The change in the strategy of antidepressant treatment is performed under the supervision of a psychiatrist. You should gradually lower the dose of one drug and introduce another one so that serotonin syndrome and other side effects do not occur. An additional problem is the action profile of Fluoxetine - the drug remains in the body for a very long time and it may be necessary to modify the doses for a long time. When changing the drug, patients often feel a deterioration in well-being; Sometimes it is necessary to use additional silicing preparations. I encourage you to consult your doctor.
