Soon I will be changing Orlifique contraceptive pills to Vibin pills. Hence my question: when can I start the "new pills"? After taking the last Orlifique tablet with the active ingredient or maybe after a placebo?

You should start taking the Vibin contraceptive pill the day after you take the last placebo pill (white) Orlifique. Contraceptive protection will be maintained.
It is also possible to skip the withdrawal bleeding break and start taking Vibin tablets the day after taking the last active (pink) Orlifique tablet. Then there is a higher risk of spotting or mid-cycle bleeding after the change, but contraceptive protection is also maintained.
