Can I start using birth control pills 2 weeks before my period?

Hello, I did not take contraceptives for 3 months, menstruation will come in 2 weeks, can I start taking pills now?

Do not start taking birth control pills in the middle of your cycle. If you have taken a 3-month break from using hormonal contraception, the next pack should be started on the first day of the cycle, i.e. on the 1st day of menstruation. It is allowed to start taking the tablets from the 2nd to the 5th day of menstruation, but then you should use additional protection for the next 7 days.
