Does duloxetine affect the result of the Beta HCG test? I'm planning to repeat this blood test. Can Dulsevia cause a false negative result while pregnant? I am taking Dulsevia at a dose of 60mg. I'm scared that I might be pregnant, but it's been a month and a half since intercourse and the tests from my morning urine always come out negative, but I'm still very worried.
Please reply regards.

Yes, a negative result will 100% prove that you are not pregnant. You will not need to repeat the test.

Thank you for the information. A negative result after such a time (56 or 60 days after intercourse) will mean that I am 100% not pregnant and there will be no need to repeat this blood test?

You can take the test right now. The test can be performed at any time of the day, you do not have to be fasting.

Thank you for the information. If the intercourse and intimate intercourse took place on February 23-25 and, for example, I had a blood test tomorrow, i.e. 19.04.2024 or, for example, on Monday, 22.04.2024, can I be 100% sure that the result will be reliable and rule out pregnancy? I don't have to wait until two months after intercourse to be 100% sure?

To @Justyna:
Yes, the result of such a test can certainly already be considered reliable.
A blood test gives a reliable result as early as 10 days after intercourse.

Thank you for your reply. If I do a beta hcg blood test on the day after 60 days of intercourse, will it be a reliable result?

Dulsevia does not affect the results of blood and urine tests on the concentration of beta HCG. If your urine tests are negative, you are not pregnant.
Dulsevia, on the other hand, can disrupt the menstrual cycle, as we wrote here:
