Can I feel tired, fast heartbeat and unwell at the beginning of my medication Zoloft, Mirtazapine, Minias and Ozinam?
Good evening due to panic attack with anxiety depression I take zoloft 1 half of 50 4tavor 4mg minias and mitrazapine15mg 50 of ozinam for 4 days I have so much fatigue rapid heartbeat and the maximum pressure 154 out of 80 I wanted to ask if they are side effects if so with the passage of time they disappear Thank you

At the beginning of treatment with Zoloft, your symptoms may get worse, which may result in your heart beating faster, for example. The drug begins its therapeutic effect after at least one week of regular use. Side effects should subside after this time. We wrote more in the opinion:
Fatigue occurs at the beginning of treatment with Minias (lormetazepam). It should subside during therapy.
The antidepressant effects of Mirtazapine also begin to be seen after 1-2 weeks of using the drug:
