When should I start taking Slinda tablets after removing the Mirena IUD?

I have a question, I had my Mirena IUD removed yesterday, should I wait until my first menstrual period or can I take the pills (SLINDEA) today?

It is recommended that you start taking Slinda tablets on the day of Mirena IUD removal.
