Could the feeling of well-being be related to stopping paroxetine and taking Depralin?

Hello, I've been using Depralin (escitalopram) 10mg for 2 months now after finishing seven years of paroxetine use. Initially, I felt perfect, no fear, no bad thoughts, no sadness. For a week now, however, the constant internal anxiety has returned, slight panic attacks, and a worse mood. Could the drug have lost its effect so quickly? Best regards

These symptoms may be related to paroxetine discontinuation.

If you notice any side effects, you should report them to your doctor, who will decide what to do next.
You can find out why you should report adverse drug reactions here:

If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

Usually, the full effect of Depralin therapy is visible after about 2-4 weeks of regular intake of the drug.
