Can Vivace, Amlopin and Nebilenin reduce the effect of Drovelis?
24.99 zł

Good morning, due to high blood pressure I have to take medications, these are: Vivace 5mg, Amlopin 5mg and Nebilenin 5mg. I take them in the morning (the doctor said it is possible) and in the evening around 10 p.m. I take Drovelis. Can the high blood pressure medication I take weaken the effect of my hormonal contraception? Thank you in advance for your reply

Vivace, Amlopin and Nebilenin do not affect the effect and effectiveness of the contraceptive pill Drovelis. There are no contraindications to their simultaneous use.

Many women using the combined contraceptive pill have experienced a slight increase in blood pressure. A significant increase in pressure is rare. However, it is a good idea to check your blood pressure regularly after starting contraception and if you notice a significant increase, you should see your doctor as you may need to modify your treatment and/or stop using contraception.
