Can I go back to the medication Adatamif Silodosin Recordati is ineffective?

Hello, I was previously taking the drug Adatam 0.4mg.which worked well in my case, another urologist changed adatam to silodosin recordati which works much worse,it is about urination,with adatam I had a better diastolic effect, i.e. full stream when urinating,with the drug silodosin recordati the stream is narrow and I urinate longer. The question is, should I go back to adatam?

If you switch from Silodosin Recordati to Adatam, you may need to talk to your doctor. Based on your medical history, your doctor will decide whether you will return to your previous treatment.
