Can I be pregnant by using a condom and Ellaona pill after sex?

40 hours after intercourse I took the ellaone pill, we used a condom that did not break 100% and ejaculation did not occur at the time of intercourse. The barn took place during the fertile days. For the last two days I have had a feeling of slight pain in the uterus, increased abdominal circumference, could it be pregnancy?

The condom is an effective method of contraception. The Pearl Index for condoms ranges from 3 to 13. This means that out of every 100 couples in a year, between 3 and 13 will become pregnant.
Ellaone is effective if it is given no later than 120 hours after the intercourse during which conception may have occurred. From the above information, it appears that the incidence of pregnancy in the described case is very low. Lower abdominal pain can be the result of using the Ellaone tablet, this is one of the side effects that can occur when taking the preparation.
