If I took the Drovelis pill for tomorrow (Tuesday), should I skip the pill tomorrow or take it normally?

I took 2 tablets of drovelis one day (today) because 2 hours after taking it I vomited, although there was not a lot of vomiting I preferred to take the second pill.
If I took the pill today for tomorrow (Tuesday), should I skip the pill tomorrow or take it normally?
