Is Persen Forte safe and how should I take it?

Good morning. Is Persen Forte a safe drug? Somewhere there are some opinions that it contains a substance that is very harmful to the body, among other things, it is carcinogenic and is mostly withdrawn from sale.
And regarding the dosage, if you take two per day, at what intervals should it be taken?

Persen forte is a herbal remedy containing extracts of lemon balm, valerian and mint. None of these substances are carcinogenic. Persen forte is used as a mild sedative, relieving tension and helping you fall asleep. Contraindications to the use of this preparation are gastroesophageal reflux or hypersensitivity to the ingredients contained in the drug.

Recommended dosage:

Adults (including the elderly) and adolescents over 12 years of age

In mild states of nervous tension: 1 or 2 capsules two or three times a day.

Difficulty falling asleep: 2 capsules one or half an hour before bedtime.

Up to 6 capsules can be taken per day.
The therapeutic effect is observed over a period of 2 to 4 weeks.
