Is bleeding for 4/5 days while using Sylvie 20 a cause for concern?

I've been taking Sylvie 20 tablets for 2 months now because of too long but not painful periods. When the withdrawal break comes, I get profuse, painful bleeding with clots, but it only lasts 4/5 days. I don't feel any side effects while taking the pills. Is this a cause for concern?
