What if I took 2 tablets of Sylvie 20 in one day?

By chance, in the first week of taking the pills after the break, I took 2 tablets on the same day because I forgot that I had already swallowed one, can I continue with the blister, take the 21st day tablet from the next blister and take a standard break after 21 days and won't taking 2 tablets reduce the effectiveness?
The interval between taking the first and second pill was about 3 hours, I really want a quick response. The pills I'm taking are sylvie 20.

You can follow the description, i.e. continue the blister and add an additional tablet on the 21st day, and then take a 7-day break. Taking two pills in one day does not reduce the effectiveness of contraception.
