I switched from Drovelis to Atywia - spotting and malaise appeared. Is there a risk of pregnancy and can I go back to my previous medication?

If I have been using the contraceptive pill drovelis for 6 months, this month I have started taking Atywie I am on the 17th tablet from the blister and there is a slight spotting, mucus brown, could this mean pregnancy? I had intercourse in such a way that it was always interrupted. If I feel unwell, nausea, stomach aches after these pills, can I go back to drovelis, after which I felt good?

To @Ma liar:

When using the contraceptive pill, you do not have a typical menstrual period, but withdrawal bleeding caused by a break in hormone intake (taking placebo pills or a break between packs of the medicine). It can vary in severity from month to month and more minor bleeding is not a cause for concern.

And could this drug Atywia have made your period more stingy? I would like to point out that I took an antibiotic for 8 days, I finished the antibiotic Cipronex on Friday. On Friday I also finished the pills and today I got it, but so stingy than after drovelis. On the other hand, after drovelis, I got my period a few days later on Fridays, and today on Monday and I already have it. Do I have anything to fear? That it could be implantation spotting?

To @Ma liar:

Taking the pill 3 hours late does not impair the effectiveness of contraception.

But could I get pregnant if I took the last pill on October 20 at 10 p.m. as usual, and on October 21, actually already on October 22, because it was
1 a.m. The next doses were taken at 10 p.m.

Spotting can result from a change in birth control pills and is normal. If you start a new pill according to the procedure and do not miss a dose, the contraceptive effectiveness is maintained. If the new drug causes more side effects, I suggest discussing the problem with your gynecologist. A change of medication should take place after consultation with a doctor.
