Do Axia Conti pills have a contraceptive effect immediately from the 1st day of taking them?

Good morning

I've been taking the contraceptive pill Axia Conti for over a year.

After finishing the blister, I took a month-long break (withdrawal bleeding occurred). I started the next blister after a month on the 1st day of menstrual bleeding.

Do the pills have their contraceptive effect immediately from the 1st day of intake?
