Can you combine Clonazepamum with Tramadol?

Can tramadol be used for back pain when using Clonazepamum TZF 2mg offlabel for anxiety disorders? If not, what other powerful remedy can be used for pain? Ketoprofen with a high dose of aspirin (about 3g at a time) works for me, but in the dose from which I have liver pain (or organ pain, I can't determine exactly) diarrhea, itching, stomach pain
I think that lidocaine patches would be a good idea, but they cost about 400 PLN for 30 pcs...

Do not combine Clonazepamum with Tramadol.

Patients taking opioids and benzodiazepines have experienced breathing disturbances, increased somnolence and dizziness. In rare cases, benzodiazepines may inhibit the analgesic effects of opioids.

Combining these drugs increases the risk of side effects such as drowsiness, impaired concentration, and dizziness.

Perhaps you should first seek the advice of a physiotherapist and include, for example, over-the-counter painkiller or warming patches.

Here you can compare the prices of these types of remedies in online pharmacies and order them with home delivery or pickup at the pharmacy:
