Can you combine Macromax, painkillers, Beto and Hydroxyzine?

I take daily beto 50 ZK in the morning and hydroxyzine in the evening and my question is whether I can take painkillers like Nurofen, ibuprofen and others during the day and whether I can take e.g. Macromax anti-inflammatory drugs
and for colds Along with beto and hydroxyzine ?

Concomitant use of Beto and ibuprofen-containing medicines carries a risk of reducing the hypotensive effect of Beto. You may find that your blood pressure is still high after using them together.

Such an interaction is not shown by Pyralgin, which has analgesic and antipyretic properties. There are no pharmacological interactions between these drugs, so there are no contraindications to their simultaneous use.

It is also safe to combine Beto and Hydroxizine with Paracetamol.
