I'm afraid you should ask your doctor about this question. This is not a typical side effect of drugs, even strong ones - like chemotherapeutic drugs.
For example, stool tests for parasites may be necessary.
If tests confirm the presence of parasites, over-the-counter medications in the form of tablets or liquid can be used.
