Good morning. She uses combined contraceptive pills. I'm very afraid of pregnancy. Even though nothing happened that could interfere with the effect of the pills. The partner doesn't inside me. Today is the 3rd day of the break, the withdrawal bleeding is still gone, even though I usually got it on the second day of the break. It happened that sometimes I received three packages on Wednesday (3rd day break), e.g. I could get on Thursday and I would get two more packages on Thursday, after these two packages for 4 months I could get on Tuesday. I'd like to add that I've been having a very stressful time lately and I don't eat much because I just don't have an appetite. To be sure, I took the pregnancy test on Monday, the day before the planned bleeding with a sensitivity of 10mlU, which came out negative. I rather rule out pregnancy. What could be the cause of delayed/no withdrawal bleeding where pregnancy is unlikely? Below is a photo of a pregnancy test taken the day before the planned bleeding.

If the drug was taken correctly and there were no factors that weakened its effect, no vomiting or diarrhoea, the probability of pregnancy is negligible. Especially since a pregnancy test confirms its absence. Please note that bleeding usually starts on the 2nd to 3rd day after taking the last tablet.
As you mentioned, improper diet and stress may have affected the action of hormones at the hypothalamic-pituitary level, or there was a significant reduction in the thickness of the endometrium.
The Summary of Product Characteristics for combined contraceptives indicates that some women may not experience withdrawal bleeding during a break in taking tablets from packs. If the combined oral contraceptive is taken as prescribed, the likelihood of pregnancy is low. However, if no further bleeding occurs, pregnancy should be excluded before continuing to use the combined oral contraceptive.
Therefore, I suggest that you contact your gynecologist if you do not experience another withdrawal bleeding.
