After the change from Yaz to Sylvie 30, is the effectiveness maintained?

Changing from Yaz tablets to Sylvie 30.
When I finish taking Yaz, the next day I start the packaging Sylvie 30? And will after changing tablets be the same protection at first? Thank you for your reply.

Sylvie 30 should be started as directed in the Summary of Product Characteristics:
"It is recommended that you start taking Sylvie 30 on day 1 after taking the last active tablet of the previous combined oral contraceptive, but no later than day 1 after the usual break in the active or placebo tablets of the previous combined oral contraceptive." After the replacement, the contraceptive efficacy is preserved.
