1. Yes, when you start a new pack, you can change the time you take your tablets and start the blister earlier in the day.
2. Daily stool is a physiological situation, indicating the proper functioning of the body and proper absorption of food (and medicines). Persistent, prolonged diarrhoea may reduce the absorption of the tablet.
