Does a scratch on a Slinda pill affect the effectiveness of contraception?

Good morning. Can taking the 8th active tablet "Slinda" with a scratch result in a decrease in the effectiveness of hormonal contraception? A scratch arose during the removal of the tablet from the blister. Should I protect myself additionally and if so, for how long? Are all relations 7 days before and 7 days after this situation protected? I did not take the tablet from the spare blister, it was a one-time situation.
