Can Duloxetine be added to Egzysta and Oxylaxon?

Hello. Can be used together: egzyste 150mg + 2 tab oxylaxon 10mg + duloxetine 30mg. I have been on the first two drugs since March, today I added duloxetina. My head is spinning terribly and makes me vomit. The pain has been going on for several months and no one can help me.

Dizziness and nausea are common side effects of these medications. They usually disappear within the first 2 weeks of adding a new medicine to therapy. Nevertheless, combining Oxylaxon and Duloxetinum requires special attention - you should monitor the body's reaction in case of symptoms of serotonin syndrome. Therefore, if dizziness and nausea intensify, and you also observe other disturbing symptoms, such as drops or increases in blood pressure, palpitations, breathing disorders, convulsions, increased body temperature - you should consult a doctor as soon as possible. You may need to change your treatment. Side effects of drugs should always be reported to the doctor, which we write about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane I also attach links to helpful entries: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/25367/jaki-lek-przeciwbolowy-stosowac-na-silny-bol-kregoslupa https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
