Can I combine Welbox and Brintellix?
Good morning for a month accepts welbox 1x in the morning and pragiola 1x evening. Today the doctor prescribed me an additional brintelix 1x in the morning. I read that brintelix and welbox interact. I'm supposed to take them together in the morning. I am afraid that it will "cut me off" after such a dose. Is it safe?

Combining Welbox and Brintellix increases the risk of side effects such as fever, increased blood pressure, arrhythmias, convulsions, anxiety, hallucinations - if any disturbing symptoms appear during therapy, you should consult a doctor. In addition, combining Brintellix and pragiola increases the risk of concentration disorders and daytime sleepiness. It is safe. Welbox increases the concentration of Brintellix in the blood, so you simply reduce the dose of Brintellix as needed,
You didn't mention the dose of brintellix, if it's 5-10mg then you have nothing to worry about. If more, your doctor should consider reducing your dosage, but that's about it.
I've been using this combo, 300mg/15mg, for a year now and it's about :)
