Is yesterday's intercourse still secured and I don't have to worry about getting pregnant?

Good morning. I am taking Vibin Mini birth control pills. I do not skip any pill, I take regularly. Yesterday, that is, on Sunday around 5 p.m., there was intercourse. Today, Monday afternoon, I will start taking antibiotics. In such a situation, is yesterday's intercourse still secured and I do not have to worry about getting pregnant?

If you regularly take Vibin Mini tablets, the probability of becoming pregnant is very low. Birth control pills provide effective protection against pregnancy when taken correctly. If you start taking an antibiotic, it is important that you tell your doctor who prescribes the antibiotic that you are taking birth control pills. Some antibiotics can have a negative effect on the effectiveness of contraception. Only your doctor will be able to assess whether a particular antibiotic will affect the effects of Vibin Mini tablets and whether additional contraceptives, such as condoms, are needed while taking the antibiotic.
