Yes, it will not be appropriate to do so. As for birth control pills, they are usually taken for 21 days, followed by a 7-day break (or in the 24 + 4 placebo pill regimen) before starting a new pack. During this time, withdrawal bleeding may occur, called withdrawal bleeding. This is a normal reaction of the body to a break in taking hormonal contraceptive pills. In the event that the break is longer than 7 days, there is a risk of reducing the effectiveness of contraception. If you exceed the recommended one-week break, it may affect the effectiveness of your protection against pregnancy. It is always important to follow the instructions given to you by your doctor or medicine manufacturer (these are included in this leaflet). If you still want to take a break from using contraception, discuss this with your doctor. If you are unable to get to your doctor, the GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I enclose materials that may be of interest: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
