Is there a risk of pregnancy if intercourse occurred on day 2 of antibiotic use?

Good morning, I take Elin birth control pills which I take in the morning. On the 10th day of the cycle, I started taking amoksiklav and probiotic in the evening. On the 12th day of the cycle, I had intercourse without additional contraception. Is it possible to get pregnant? Can the use of the "after" pill for 72h be effective in this case?

Amoxicillin contained in the antibiotic Amoksiklav may weaken the effectiveness of contraception, because it disrupts the composition of the bacterial flora in the intestines, necessary for the conversion of hormones into active forms, which limits their absorption from tablets into the blood. Since the effectiveness of contraception may be reduced, it is usually recommended to use additional protection in the form of a condom throughout the period of taking the antibiotic and for 7 days after stopping its use. In the situation you described, there is a risk of pregnancy. The so-called "after tablet" is a prescription drug, so the doctor must decide on the legitimacy of its use.
