How to change Jeanine tablets to Belara correctly?

Hello, how do I switch from Jeanine contraceptive pills to Belara birth control pills? Should I use additional protection for the first 7 days?

According to the Belara SmPC: You should start Belara on the first day after the end of the withdrawal period or the placebo period of your previous combined hormonal contraceptive. If you do this, the effectiveness of the medicine will be preserved and there will be no need for an additional method of contraception.
