I did not take a break between packs of contraceptive pills, on the 4th day of the second pack, vomiting occurred after 3 hours from taking the pill, was the protection maintained? If not, if more than 24 hours have passed, should I take an additional tablet?

You did not specify what pills you were taking, but in most cases if vomiting occurred within 3 hours of taking the contraceptive pill, it may not have been completely absorbed and protection against pregnancy may be weakened. In this situation, if more than 24 hours have passed since the incident, it will not be necessary to take an additional tablet. Continue taking the pills as planned and use an additional barrier method of contraception, e.g. a condom, for the next 7 days.
