Good morning I have HIV I found out but I did not know Czech and I was taking birth control pills Was I protected against pregnancy as I took pills and I had HIV ?

Do venereal diseases affect the effectiveness of the kyleena IUD? I put on the IUD six months ago
I mean diseases such as syphilis, gonorrhea? Does the venereal disease itself reduce its effectiveness?
