Good morning. For many years I have suffered from anxiety and especially fear of not being able to fall asleep. Generally, Anseren 15 or 30 mg works for difficulty falling asleep depending on my state of anxiety. To this, the specialist had added, some time ago, Laroxyl 40 ml 15 gc in all and Xanax 0.25 in the morning. Then, I don't remember why, he decided to change the treatment by prescribing me Remeron 15 mg which, if it had any effect on anxiety during the day, didn't work much at night. In addition, I suspect that it caused me a very strong gastritis with nausea, digestive difficulties and cramps such as hunger in the stomach, episodes of severe dizziness and blurred vision even if, on examination, I had nothing functional in my eyes. I reported these disorders to the specialist asking if I could stop Remeron after a more acute attack of nausea about an hour after taking the tablet, but he doesn't believe me, he claims that it is not possible because Remeron is good for the stomach instead... But in the meantime, due to the concern for the disorders I had and that I am treating with some improvement, the vicious circle "I'm afraid of not sleeping" has been triggered again, which, in fact, does not let me sleep. Is it possible that I am an imaginary patient? Thank you
