Can letrox 125mg for the thyroid gland be taken together with 20mg (2x1)

I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for 8 years and hasimoto I take letrox 150. The doctor prescribed liphantil 267 for high triglycerides 289. Can I combine both drugs . Letrox in the morning liphatyl in the evening
