Hello, If I take birth control pills at 12 o'clock and take them with me to school and I have them in my backpack in a small toiletry bag, does the temperature difference, i.e. moving the bus from school to home, affect their effectiveness?

No, moving between school and home and the associated temperature fluctuations should not have a negative impact on the effectiveness of hormonal contraception - there is no need to worry. For your own psychological comfort, however, it would be good to keep the medicine in one selected place, at a constant temperature and take it every day at the same time.
