Yes, pregnancy can be ruled out. Bleeding at term means no pregnancy.
If I got bleeding on time, can pregnancy be ruled out?

To @Patki patrycja:
The results of the tests you presented are reliable and indicate that you are not pregnant. Beta hCG levels below 5 mIU/mL 15 days after coital and a negative pregnancy test performed 19 days after coital are strong evidence to rule out pregnancy. The fact that you are 6 days after ovulation confirms that the tests were done at the right time. However, if you have any doubts or worrying symptoms, I encourage you to consult a gynaecologist to be sure.

To @Olaolaola:
The HCG test result means that you are not pregnant. Please remember that the beta HCG test has the highest reliability performed about 6-12 days after ovulation.
My result after 15 days was 1.10. No need to worry?
