Can no withdrawal bleeding while taking Drovelis mean pregnancy?

Good morning I take drovelis tablets somehow for a year maybe 9 months , in that month I had bleeding a week earlier than I should last almost two weeks and this month there is no bleeding at all pills I took normally once I managed to take 6 hours later and takto nothing else happened, I'm worried if it can be or I'm pregnant?

Irregular bleeding is a common side effect of Drovelis tablets and is usually not a cause for concern. However, if the bleeding was normal before, it is worth going to the gynecologist to exclude other, non-hormonal causes of the disorder. A small number of women (6-8%) may not experience withdrawal bleeding while taking placebo tablets. If the tablets have been taken correctly, the likelihood of pregnancy is low. If bleeding does not occur for the second time in a row, then a pregnancy test should be done to exclude the possibility of pregnancy.
