Can sweets reduce the effectiveness of contraception?

Are there any sweets that can reduce the effectiveness of combined contraceptive pills? For example, dark chocolate, strawberry, pear, orange candies, etc.? Is it possible for sweets to have any effect on tablets?

No, sweets do not have a negative effect on the effectiveness of oral hormonal contraception - there is no reason to worry, you can eat sweets in any quantities while using contraception.
