Is 6-day heavy bleeding on day 38 of the cycle menstruation or implantation spotting?

Hello, I had sex on 1.01, it was the 31st day of the cycle. On 8.01 I got heavy bleeding that lasted 6 days. Was it spotting, implantation or menstruation? The previous one was 02.12. I did pregnancy tests, from morning urine on 24.25 days after intercourse, negative. One test after 5h showed the second line.

From your description, I conclude that it was menstruation and you are not pregnant. Pregnancy tests performed 24 and 25 days after intercourse give a reliable result. Tests should not be read 5 hours after execution, as they may no longer show the correct result.
