How to use Dicloberl, Aulin and Slinda with a cyst on the ovary?

I have a cyst on my ovary, I got medication and I don't know how to use it. I got Dicloberl suppositories, Aulin 100mg, Slinda 4mg. The doctor told me to start taking Slinda when my period began. What about the rest of the drugs? Should I start taking them now?

Dicloberl and Aulin are painkillers. They can be used in case of severe pain, e.g. start with Aulin, and if the pain persists, then add Dicloberl suppositories. If you do not feel pain, do not use painkillers "in advance". Slinda tablets should be used from the first day of menstruation, every day at the same time.
