The initial stage of treatment with Mozarin may cause a deterioration in the patient's mood and well-being - for this reason, the treatment starts with the lowest possible doses, and these symptoms usually disappear spontaneously. Improvement is achieved after 2 weeks at the earliest; Treatment should last at least 6 months. I suggest consulting a psychiatrist to change medications - perhaps you will get an additional preparation that will have a calming effect in the first stage of treatment.
