If I took the second Naraya pill after a watery bowel movement, is the contraceptive protection preserved?
Good morning. Yesterday at 13:30 I took 3 tablets from the blister, after two hours there were two watery bowel movements with abdominal pain, so for my own peace of mind at 17 I took another tablet. Today I took the pill according to the schedule, which is at 13:30. Is this how I kept contraception? After finishing this package, can I take a break one day earlier than normal (not after 21 days but after 20)? I realize that then the 7 day break will end one day earlier than normal

The contraceptive protection of Naraya birth control pills is preserved. You can start a 7-day break the day before - this will not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the pills.
