According to available sources, the use of Gripex Hot Max during chronic use of Amitriptylinum is not indicated due to the risk of significant interdrug interactions. The substance contained in Gripex Hot Max - phenylephrine may interfere with the action of amitriptyline contained in Amitriptylinum. A safer option will be to take a preparation containing only paracetamol, e.g. Apap, Panadol or Efferalgan.
