How to use the contraceptive pill when changing the time zone ?

Good morning. I take Vibin Mini tablets every day at 9 pm. In a few days, however, I am going abroad, it is a different time zone, i.e. 5 hours back, so when we have 21, there is 16. What should I do in such a situation? After I get there, do I get there at 4 p.m. (so our 21st)? Will this not have any effect on the body that switches to a different time zone?

You can continue to use the tablets by 21 (i.e. in practice you will delay taking one tablet compared to the previous one by 5 hours - this is acceptable, because in order to protect against pregnancy, the interval between the time of ordinary taking the tablet can not exceed 12 hours) or you can stick to a fixed hour and take the tablets about 16 on the trip.
