How big is the decrease in contraceptive effectiveness if you take Sidretella with a 15-hour delay?

Good morning, I use sidretella 20 birth control pills in a cycle of three packs in a row, followed by a seven-day break. I am currently in the process of taking the tablets from the third pack and the fifth tablet of the cycle I took with a 15-hour delay. How big is the decrease in the effectiveness of contraception in this case and is it necessary to use an additional method of contraception in the coming days?

It is impossible to determine precisely to what extent contraceptive protection is weakened. The manufacturer points out that the risk of pregnancy is the lower, the fewer tablets missed and the less time has passed until the 7-day break. It is recommended to use an additional method of contraception, e.g. condoms, for the next 7 days.
