According to the available information, the combined use of Gabapentin, Tegretol, Alprox, Afobam, Lecalpin and Karbis may lead to some type of interdrug interaction. Tegretol may have the effect of reducing the effect of Alprox/Afobam and Lecalpin, so if you notice an increase in nervous system disorders or blood pressure control, a medical consultation would be advisable to potentially modify your therapy. In addition, Alprox and Afobam are medicines containing the same active substance - alprazolam, so if they have been prescribed by different doctors, you should report this fact at the next visit to the attending physician. Available data indicate that the use of DIH while taking the above drugs does not increase the risk of drug interactions.
