What can I use safely for fever during Encorton treatment?

Good morning, I have subacute thyroiditis, the endocrinologist prescribed me encorton, which I have to take for the next 2 months. In addition to terrible pain in the neck, head and malaise, I also have a recurrent fever. I read that with encorton you can not take typical antipyretic drugs. So what can you take if you get a fever? I have not yet started taking Encorton, so far I am treated with ibuprofen.

During encorton treatment, it is contraindicated to take drugs from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), due to the increased risk of ulcers and bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract. Ibuprofen as a drug with the least gastrotoxicity is recognized as safe. It is also worth considering alternative therapy, e.g. paracetamol.
