ellaOne is a contraceptive product intended to be used to prevent pregnancy after unprotected sexual intercourse or when the contraceptive method used has failed. For example, if you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, if the condom has broken, slipped or fallen out in one of the partners, or if you have forgotten to use it if you have not taken the contraceptive pill as directed. The tablet should be used immediately after sexual intercourse, within a maximum of 5 days (120 hours) after intercourse. It does not matter that you also use Vixpo - the tablet after it will work.
