What can be caused by late and prolonged bleeding when using Drovelis tablets?

Hello, I have been using hormonal contraception for 3 years, about 6 months ago I changed the pills to drovelis, , between 5 and 6 packs withdrawal bleeding has been delayed by one day and lasts already 10 days in the form of spotting (the usual one lasts 3-4 days). Pregnancy test negative. So what could be causing this?

Withdrawal bleeding while using birth control pills does not always have to occur on the same day, without any reason it can occur earlier or later than usual. In turn, spotting is a common side effect of Drovelis tablets, which can occur not only at the beginning of use, but also after a long time, e.g. as a result of illness or excessive stress. This is usually not a cause for concern. It also has no effect on the effectiveness of contraception.
