There are no contraindications to the use of Pyralgina during treatment with Ebilfumin. Pyralgina, however, is not a first-line drug in combating fever. A much better option will be the use of Ibuprofen (Ibuprom, Nurofen, Ibum) or Paracetamol (Apapu). The maximum single dose for Ibuprofen, i.e. one that we can take once and will reduce fever as much as possible, is 400 mg for an adult. As for Paracetamol, it is 1000 mg at a time. These drugs can be used alternately every 4-6 hours or so. A maximum of 1200 mg of Ibuprofen per day and 4000 mg of Paracetamol can be taken. We reach for Pyralgina only when the fever does not subside after using the above solution.
